- Before Dispatch: You may cancel your order at any time before it has been dispatched from our warehouse. In such cases, a full refund will be initiated.
- After Dispatch: Once the order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
- Return Policy (Food Products)
- Non-Returnable: Due to the perishable and hygiene nature of food products (Spices, Flours, Masalas), we do not accept returns due to a “change of mind” or “taste preference.”
- Defective/Wrong Items: Returns are accepted only if, the product received is expired (or) the product packaging is damaged/unsealed upon delivery (or) You received the wrong product.
- Reporting Window: You must report any damage or defect within 48 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with clear photos of the product and invoice.
- Refund Policy
- Approval: Once your refund claim is verified and approved by our team, we will initiate the refund.
- Timeline: The refund amount will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.
- Shipping Costs: Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item sent).
